How to Create a Custom Business Card Online

Visit <https://cards.bizlitesolutions.com/> and sign up for your free digital card.

Once you've signed up, login and Click on "Business Cards".

Click "Create new vcard"

Pick 'Business' when prompted about the type of card. It offers full functionality and features for your bizlite digital card.

Choose your desired card color. For this card, I am picking RED

Click "Choose a theme" to choose from different card templates.

I liked this card for its sleek design. So, picking this one.

Now, let's start customizing our card. First, let's pick a language for our card.

Now, let's choose a cover image. Remember to pick an image of recommended size.

Now, let's come to logo. If you don't have one, you can also pick your own photo.

Now write your business name or your own name. This will be the first thing that is visible on your card.

You can also customize your card link. Click the "Personalized Link" field and choose your desired link.

Now, let's create a subtitle for this card. You can add your job role or even your location.

Add a short description about what you do to the description field.

Once you're happy with your information, click "Submit & Next" to add other elements to your digital card.

On this screen you can add various elements, like your email, contact number, social links and more. To start, click on Display type.

Pick a desired element. For example, I want my email ID to be the first thing visible on my card. So, I choose email and select an icon.

Click the "Type to filter" field to pick your desired icon.

Now add a label for this element. For example, as this is an email, I am typing Email as its label. In the content column, I will type my email address.

To add more elements to your card, Click "Add One More Features". You can add unlimited elements including your Whatsapp number, social media links, and more.

I've added my Whatsapp number, LinkedIn, and Instagram account address to my card.

Once you're done adding all the details to your card, click "Submit & Next" .

Did you know you can link your UPI ID and accept payments directly using bizlite card. Let me show you how.

Click "Add One More Payments" and select display type as link if you want to accept payments via UPI.

Click the Label field to give a label for your card.

Now in the content field, you have to type the following as it is: \ \ upi://pay?pn=YOUR_NAME(NOSPACE)&pa=YOUR_UPI_ID&cu=INR\ (For India Only)"\ \ You can also copy this directly from the screen as I am doing in the screenshot.

Now add your copied content to this field and start customizing it. You have to add your name where it is mentioned in the content and your real UPI ID. Don't make a mistake here.

Here I have added my name and UPI ID. You have to do as it is without any spaces.

Once you're done, Click "Submit & Next".

You've added your payment info. Now let's add your services. Click on Add One More Service button.

Now you can start adding your service info - an image, your service name, and a description of your service. Start by uploading your service image.

If you want to start receiving enquiries about your services, enable the enquiry button. \ \ Note: You'll need to add your Whatsapp number element on your card on Screen #2 to get this feature. If you've not added , you can always edit your card and add it later.

You can add any number of services to your card by clicking "Add One More Service".

Once you're happy with your service portfolio, Click "Submit & Next".

On the next screen, you can also add products if you deal in physical goods. To start, click "Add One More Product".

Just add everything (images, name, and description) as you did with services and Click "Submit & Next" when you're done to save everything.

The next screen will let you add gallery of images to your card. Just click Add one more gallery to start.

Add your image and a caption on this screen. Keep on adding till you've not added all images.

Once you're happy, Click "Submit & Next".

This screen will let you add reviews to your card. Add it just like services or products.

To get started, click "Add One More Testimonial". If you don't want to add any testimonials, just click submit and next.

This screen will let you set your business hours, just like your Google Business profile. If you don't want to display business hours, just click hide business hours.

Once you're done customizing your business hours, Click Submit and next.

The next screen is to add contact form to your business card for generating leads. These leads will be sent to the email address you add to this screen. \ \ If you don't want to add a contact form, just use the button on top (Hide Contact/Enquiry Form).

This is the final screen of your card creation process. It allows you to do advancec customizations (design/layout) using CSS/JavaScript if you're a developer. \ \ You can also add a password to your card if you don't want your information to be visible publically using this screen using the toggle button on top. \ \ If you don't want any such feature, just click submit.

Congratulations on making your first card! Your card is not ready for the world to see.

To get your card link, Click "Actions" as in the screenshot.
