How to Create a New Account

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create an account for the City of Woodstock's new online registration system.

Navigate to [https://woodstock.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn?returnUrl=%2FMyProfile%2FContact](https://woodstock.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn?returnUrl=%2FMyProfile%2FContact)

Click "Signup"

Enter your contact information including first and last name, email, phone number and address.

Enter your birthday.

Click **I'm not a robot**.

Complete the steps to validate your identity and click **Verify**.

Click **Become Member**.

To add more family members within your household, click **Add Family Member** and repeat steps 2 through 4 for each family member.

Once all family members who reside within your household have been added to your account, click on your name in the top right corner and select **Logout**.

You will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions to log back in. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Facility booking and registration for select programs will open in mid-January, followed by summer camp registration on Feb. 1, 2024. Visit www.cityofwoodstock.ca/onlineregistration for updates and more resources to guide you through the process.
