A Project will help you speed up the New Order process, as you will have many of the same elements you need already created and ready to go. To get started, navigate to [https://app.tread-horizon.com/](https://app.tread-horizon.com/sales/projects)

Click on "Sales".

Click on "Create Project".

Select the Customer for this Project.

Enter the Project Name.

Enter Start/End Date and Time.

Enter Phase Name and Phase Codes. To add additional Phases type over the existing name to add a new Phase.

Assign Internal Foreman

Enter the Pick Up and Drop Off Site(s) for this Project

Click the orange "+" next to the site name to add it to the default site list (You can add multiple default Pick Up and Drop Off Sites to a project)

Enter the Order Defaults - Orders associated with this project will default to these values (but can be edited)

Click "Attach Files" to attach files ie. site maps to the project

Click "Create" to Save the Project
