Navigate to [https://calendar.google.com](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/1/r/day?pli=1)

Start by selecting your gear to ensure your settings are correct.

Click "Settings"

Click "Appointment schedules"

Ensure the "Create appointment schedules instead of appointment slots." field is checked.

Navigate back to [www.calendar.google.com](http://www.calendar.google.com)

Select the date of Parent Teacher Conferences (11/7/23)

Click into the whitespace to begin setting up your appointments for the day

Select "Appointment schedule"

Click the "Add title" field.

Type "Parent Teacher Conferences"

Adjust the times based on your school's schedule

Click "Set up the schedule"

Adjust the appointment duration to "15 minutes"

Click "Repeat weekly"

Add a reminder 10 minutes before and then Click "Save"

Click "Copy link" and then share it out to your families via Remind or any other communication platform you use. Remind families to click on November 7th to select their appointment times.
