How to Create a Template using Squeegee SEND

In this tutorial you will learn how to create a template for your campaign on the Squeegee SEND feature.

Please note Squeegee SEND is only available on ***Ultimate*** and up plans.

Go to the "Send" tab.

Click into "Templates" then "Create Template".

Enter a "Name" and "Subject" into the template details. Then click "Next".

Click "Next" again, select the template editor and click "Finish".

You can now edit how the template looks by going to the "Blocks" tab.

On the right hand side of the screen you can see the different options available that can be included in the template. For this example we will use image, text and button blocks.

You can add your message into the text field.

To select an image, go to Settings > Image > Choose Image > Upload (or choose and existing image on your account from the ones listed). You can also add a link to the image if you want it to be clickable.

You can then adjust the colours and typography to be consistent with your brand by going to "Theme".

To select a font go to "Typography" > then select one from the dropdown menu.

You can adjust the colours included in your campaign by going to "Palette" and selecting the colours you want to match you brand colours.

You can also move block around on the template if you want to change the layout.

Click on "Editor" and you will have the option to either "Preview", "Save" or "Quit". If you are happy with your template design, make sure you save **before** pressing "Quit".

Once you have saved you can then click "Editor" again and select "Quit".

You will then be able to view your templates and edit them again if you choose to, by clicking "Open in Editor".
