Click "Create an account"

Click the "Enter your email address" field.

Type in the email address you would like to use.

Select language preference and then you can read and accept the Rules of Use for the account creation and select to agree.

Go to your email inbox to confirm your email address with the Social Security Admin and the Login(dot)gov system.

Create a strong password.

Click "Text or voice message ` Receive a secure code by (SMS) text or phone call."`
