How to Create an Alert Group in Triton Cloud

Instead of assigning alerts to individuals, create groups: Easier to manage as staff changes. Customize days and times to receive alerts. No limit to the number of groups.

Tritonsensors

Navigate to Triton Cloud (app.tritonsensors.com)

Click "User Management"

Click "Groups"

Click "Create Group"

Name the Group.

Choose the days of the week you want to get alerts

Tip! All days are filled in by default. Make the day opaque to not get alerts on that day.

Choose the start and end times for alerts to be sent.

Tip! Alerts are 24 hours by default

Click "30"

Click "OK"

Click "Add Contact to Group"

Use the drop down to select the contacts/users you want to be notified

Once you are happy with the alert group, click "Create"
