Once you navigate to <https://smartdata.mastercard.com/>, click "Expense Reporting"

Click "Create Expense Report"

Enter an Expense Report Description

Check the boxes for the expenses you want to add to the expense report

Click "Next"

Click this arrow to expand and view Accounting Codes Information

Enter an Expense Description

Click the dropdown under Business Unit and select the option that best suites your role.

Click the dropdown under GL Code and select the option that best suites the expense.

Click the Receipt Status dropdown and select the option that best suites the expense.

Click this button to add a receipt.

Click "Browse"

After selecting the receipt, click "Add"

Click this arrow to close the Accounting Codes Information view.

Now you will repeat the same steps as above for the next expense line.

Once all required details have been entered for each expense line, confirm that everything has been entered correctly before clocking "Next"

After reviewing, click "Submit"

You will now see the submitted report in the Expense Report List.
