You will need to turn off automatic invoice creation for the customer before creating the invoice so that you can include multiple jobs. If the invoices have already been created for an individual job then they may need to be deleted before they can be included in the single invoice.
1
First you will need to find the customer that you need to create the collective invoice for.
2
Now you will need to go to the top right three dots > 'Edit Customer'.
3
You will then need to scroll to find the setting 'Automatically generate invoices on job completion?' and set this to 'No'. Then click 'Save' to apply the changes.
4
Now you can create the invoice. So go to the pink three dots > 'Create Invoice'. If you have any uninvoiced jobs for this customer, you will be asked if you want these to be added to the invoice.
5
Then select the jobs you would like to include and toggle on 'Include Future Jobs'. You can also search for a job if you don't want to scroll through the list.
6
You can now select which jobs you would like to include within this invoice.\ Once you have all the jobs you want to include, click 'Done'.
7
Now you can create the invoice and send it to the customer using the pink three dots, if automatic invoice notification isn't turned on.
