How to Create and Add a Document to a Patient's visit?

Templates for certificates or other necessary documents can be defined in the system so that they have specific content, allowing you to quickly issue the necessary document during the visit. If you do not have a template prepared, you can create a document during the visit directly from its level.

Go to the “Visits” tab in the patient's card.

Open the visit by clicking on its name.

At the bottom of the visit, you will find “Related documents.” Select the “+” icon on the right to add the required document.

Select "Create document"

You can choose a pre-made template or “Blank document” and create your own.

If you are creating a new document, fill in all the required fields.

Click "Save"

All documents created and attached to visits are located in the “Created documents” tab in the left menu of the patient card and are available from the visits to which they have been attached.

Clicking on the three dots next to the selected document brings up a list of options to choose from.

To apply changes, select "Edit"

Add changes and "Save"

The system will always ask you to select the reason for the changes.

Select and "Confirm"

Every change made to the document will be reflected in the "Version History."

When you select “Version history,” information about which visit the document relates to and all of its versions will appear.

Each created document you can "Open" and print.

You can print the entire list of documents, filter them, or check which have been revoked.
