How to Create & Register a Team on Advanced Event Systems (AES)

Navigate to [https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/](https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/)

Start by signing in to your SportsEngine Account.

Once signed in, select "Dashboard."

Once you reach the Dashboard page, select "Clubs."

Find club & click into it.

Click "Info" under 'Club Details'

Click "Add Season Management Integration"

Make sure to confirm the dates are 09/01/2025-08/31/2026 before you Click "Save"

You have now linked your Season Management season, teams, and rosters with AES! The data is available to AES from SE to pull over. Click "Continue"

Now move on to creating AES team names that will allow your team data from SE to populate within them. Click "Teams"

Click "Add Team" in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Fill in the following information that corresponds with the correct team.

If there are multiple teams that are in the same age division, rank the highest skilled team as 1, and so on.

Click the "Team Name" field.

Type in the team name in the "Team Name" box.

Click "Create Team"

Under "SEASON MANAGEMENT TEAM", select SportsEngine Integration."

Select the corresponding team that you are looking to transfer to AES.

Click "Save"

Click "Continue"

Select "Update"

Select "USAV Roster" from the left hand side menu.

You can now see your team and can enter jersey numbers as shown below.

After all jersey numbers are entered, Click "Save Roster"
