How to Create and Send a Notice of Intent to Enter to tenant and additional tenants?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to the "**Tenant Management" dropdow**n under "Administration on left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

On the "**Form**" column click the "**3dots**" to show all the forms from the drop-down

Click on "**NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER**"

Make sure to fill in the **required field**,such as "Notice Date", "Appointment Date:\ (required)" ,"Appointment Time" sign you can see from the snippet

Put the name of the **tenants** on "Tenant Name(s) / To: (required)" field

Put the **address** on the "Address & Unit: (required)" field

Type in the name of the **sender** on the "Notice From" field

State the **cause** in the "Reason For Entry: (required)" field

Click on "**Send Email"**

**A pop-up will show here: you can put an email under "Tenant's Email" field (Primary Tenant and Additional Tenant’s email address) (Multiple comma-separated emails are allowed as well )**

**You can also choose to send a copy to yourself for your proper documentation by clicking on "Send me a copy"**

**Add the Sender's name under the "Sender's name" field (this is usually filled automatically but you can change this)**

Add the subject of the email under **"Email Subject"**

Click on "**Send Email to Tenant**" to finish up
