Navigate to an existing record
Pro tip! To create an "Open Access Link" you will need to add the "Annonymous" user to both record and media (ACL) "Access Control Lists"

Click to edit the record

Click to edit "Privacy" settings for the record Click the "Enter email address or group…" field and enter 'Anonymous'. Click 'Annonymous'

Close the record privacy window

Click "Media"
Pro tip! Again we need to add the "Anonymous" group

Click "Public" to edit the "Privacy" settings Click the "Enter email address or group…" field and enter 'Anonymous' Click 'Anonymous'

Close the media "Privacy" settings

Click "Save" to update both "Privacy" settings

Click to edit the "Record"

Click "Share Media"

Click "Record controlled"

Click "Create an open access link"

Here we can "Forbid Downloads", and "Share all Media" attached to this record (if any). Click "Sunrise/Sunset Dates".

We can now select a "Sunrise" date

And now we can select when the link expires "Sunset Date"

Click "Generate link"
