How to Create and Sync Borrowed Tags in Libby

Learn how to organize your reading history by creating custom tags and importing your borrowing timeline in the Libby app. This guide helps you keep track of your library loans effectively by automating the process of tagging new items.

Open the Libby app, log in, and select Tags from the bottom navigation menu.

Create a Borrowed Tag

Click the ACTIONS button in the top right.

Select New Tag from the menu.

Click "Name of tag..."

Name the new tag "Borrowed" and click CREATE

Instead of a Regular Tag, scroll down to click "Borrowed" to attach this tag to every title that you borrow in Libby.

Click back and then click CREATE.

Import your timeline to Borrowed tag

Select the newly created Borrowed tag.

Click Yes, Import Timeline to apply this tag to your borrowing history.

Navigate back to the Tags list to see the titles you have borrowed in the past.
