Navigate to [https://eo.ymca.ca/email-signature](https://eo.ymca.ca/email-signature)

Fill in your information

Click "Generate My Email Signature"

Click just before your name and drag down to select all the text. You may also select the GIF image, but that is optional. Everything should highlight black.

Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]] on PC Press [[cmd]] + [[c]] on Mac

Navigate to[ https://outlook.office.com/mail/](https://outlook.office.com/mail/) Sign in if necessary.

Click the "Gear" icon

Click the "Search settings" field.

Type "em"

Click "Email signature"

Click "New signature"

Click the "Edit signature name" field and give your new signature a name, like "YMCA 2024"

Click within the signature text field

Press [[ctrl]] + [[v]] on PC Press [[cmd]] + [[v]] on Mac

Voila!

To set your new signature as your current default signature, click the "For New Messages" drop down and select it.

Scroll down a little to the "Message Format" options and change the font to "Verdana" and the size to "12"

Click "Save"
