How to Customize and Share a Google Sheets Chart

Select your data by clicking and dragging over it.

Click "Insert"

Click Chart

Click "Vertical axis"

Click the "Min" field.

Change the minimum value based on how you want the graph to look.

Click the "Max" field.

Change the maximum value based on how you want the graph to look.

Click away to see the change in the graph.

You can also create graphs for just some of the data. Select the data you want. If you want to select columns that are not next to each other, select one column, then hold down the CTRL button while you select the next column.

You can also edit the titles on the graph by double clicking on the title and typing in a new title.

You can also move your graphs to their own sheets, Click "Options"

Click "Move to own sheet"

You can rename the sheet so you can identify what is where. Right-click "Chart2"

Once you are done you are ready to share with me. Click File.

Click share and then share with others.
