Click "NEW LIST"

Type "Current, 1-30 DAYS, 31-60 DAYS, 61-90 DAYS, 91+"

Click "Excel - 1 running window"

Click "File" > "Open" Open file needed for pivot sorting.

Click on your Pivot Table and go to the "Column Labels" Sorting drop down. "No filter applied dropdown button"

Click "More Sort Options..."

Click here: "More Options..."

Click the drop down "First key sort order"

Choose the sorting structure desired. "Current, 1-30 DAYS, 31-60 DAYS, 61-90 DAYS, 91+"

Click "OK"

Right Click on your Pivot table

Click "Refresh" and your columns will sort based on the correct aging bucket.
