Log into the Admin Portal

Go to the "Property Management" dropdown under "Administration on left navigation

Click on "Properties"

Click the Property that you want to deactivate
5
Click on "More Actions" dropdown on the right side of the screen
6
Click on "Deactivate"
7
Click "Yes, Submit" to finish up

The screen would show up like this once done successfully
