How to Cancel Your WiseTime Subscription and Personal Account

Click "Settings"

Click "Team Settings"
Alert! If WiseTime is integrated with another system, you will need to remove the connection first to ensure the systems are removed.

Click the trash icon by the connection

Click "Delete"
Delete Subscription/Team
Tip! There are two options available for you to immediately remove your subscription, you can click Cancel Subscription or Delete Team. *This will immediately remove your Team and all posted Team data, this step can't be reversed.*

Under Payment Method you can click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION to remove your subscription

OR Click DELETE TEAM at the bottom of the page

A pop-up window will appear click "Yes, cancel my subscription and delete my team."

You can provide feedback for why you are cancelling your subscription but this is not mandatory to proceed

You do have the option to Keep Subscription if you do not wish to proceed with the cancellation

Click "Delete" to cancel subscription immediately and remove all of your team data

You will be redirected to your personal profile if you wish to remove your personal details.

Click "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page

A pop-up will appear for you to click "Yes, delete my WiseTime account and all my time data"

Click "Delete my account" to immediately remove your personal data
