To do a quick search, navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard> Open the "Reporting" dropdown and select “Vehicle Lookup.” Or [[cmd]] + [[k]] to pull up the global search function. Search and click "Go to Vehicle Lookup"

Select a Location filter from the dropdown. You can narrow your search further by Tenant, or select “All Locations” to perform a quick global search across all locations. *Note: Make sure “Include Permits” is selected, since you’re searching for a permit.*

Select a Lookup By filter to choose how you want to search. You can search by License Plate Number (recommended), Confirmation Number, Additional Information, or Registration Code.

Enter the search details based on your selected Lookup By filter. In this example, search by License Plate Number (e.g., ABC123). Once the matching record appears, click the permit to open and view its details.

This will open a side panel where you can view the permit details. Click the three-dot menu, then select "Delete". When prompted with the confirmation message, click "Delete" again to confirm.
