Scenario- What if I'm not operational for the months that a management fee was generated? How can I delete the management fees so that it doesn't show in the accounts and do not look like a negative balance in YTD?

Log into the Admin Portal

Go to the "Accounting" dropdown under "Accounting & Reports"

Click on "Owner Payout"

Click on "Search Management Fee Income" on top right side of the screen

Click on the dropdown under "Property" to choose a property
6
Choose the year under the "Year" field
7
Choose the month range under "Period' field dropdown
8
Click on "Delete and Recreate" to finish up
