How to Determine if a BruinBuy Plus Invoice Was Directly Processed in PAC

A temporary processing workaround was used to pay select invoices outside the BruinBuy Plus system. This guide outlines how to identify these invoices.

The following invoice types **were not** paid through this process: - [[Capital & construction]] - [[Foreign payments]] - [[1099-reportable vendors]] - [[Invoices greater than $10,000\*]] *\*A handful of invoices over $10,000 were paid via PAC.*

Navigate to the **Orders** section.

- **Option A:** To view only your invoices, hover over *My Orders* and select **Invoices**. - **Option B:** To view all invoices to which you have access, hover over *Search* and select **Invoices**.

Potentially impacted invoices will show a **Rejected** invoice status. To confirm a rejected invoice was paid through the workaround, select the hyperlinked **Voucher Number**.

Navigate to the *Invoice Detail* screen's **History** tab.

Invoices paid through the workaround will show an *Invoice Rejected*\ **Action** and a **Note** similar to "Processed direct in PAC 04242024".
