How to Determine the Invoicing Status of PO Lines

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to determine the invoicing status of BruinBuy Plus purchase order (PO) lines.

From the *Home Shopping Dashboard*: - Enter the purchase order number in the **Quick Search** bar, or - Select **Purchase Orders** from the *Orders > Search* menu **NOTE**: The screenshots in this guide depict the selection of **Purchase Orders** from the *Orders > Search* menu.

From the *Search Purchase Orders* page, select the desired **PO number**.

The Search Purchase Orders page is displayed. The cursor selects a hyperlinked purchase order number.

From the *Purchase Order* page, navigate to the **Status** tab.

The Purchase Order page is displayed. The cursor selects the Status tab.

Utilize the **scroll bar** to view the *Line Details* section.

The Purchase Order-Status page is displayed. The cursor utilizes the scroll bar to navigate down the page.

Under *Line Details*, locate the **Invoicing** column for each line item. PO Invoicing statuses may include: - *Fully Invoiced* - *Partially Invoiced* - *Over Invoiced* - *None* **NOTE:** Line statuses are dynamic and can change.
