How to Disburse and Pay Salaries

Navigate to your school portal and sign in as admin (or super-admin)

Click "Finance"

Click "HRM / Payroll"

Click "Salary Payment Schedule"

Select the options to view the processed salary payment schedule

Click "View Salary Payment Schedule"

Click the the "Select All" checkbox at the top to select all the processed salaries in the list, or use their corresponding checkboxes to select each salary you want to pay/disburse.

After your selections, click the "Action on selected" button

Click "Disburse / Pay Salary"

Click "Yes. Go On." in the confirmation prompt

Ensure your payroll wallet is funded and sufficient to pay all the selected salaries.\ \ Click "Pay Salaries Now"

An OTP will be sent to your earlier set payroll approver's email address

Provide the OTP received and click "Authorize & Pay Salaries Now"
