How to Download Details from a Tableau Dashboard

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for downloading details as a .csv file from a Tableau dashboard (e.g., the Campus Irregular Invoice Dashboard, Campus Open PO & Auto-Rejected Invoices Dashboard).

Navigate to the applicable Tableau Dashboard.

**IMPORTANT**: Navigating to the **Details** tab prior to making selections on the *Main Menu* will result in display errors.

From the *Dashboard* page, click the **Details** tab at the top of the dashboard.

To download the details page, click the **Download** button.

**NOTE**: The filters on the *Details* screen determine which data is exported. To export all department or organization data, ensure the filters (e.g., *Vendor, Hold Reasons, Current Workflow Step,* *Invoice Owner)* fields are empty.

Select **Crosstab** from the *Download* dropdown menu.
