How to Download The Acknowledgement Notice For Offline Payments

This guide shows how to download the Acknowledgement Notices for payments being made in person, at the Ministry of Homeland Security. This process applies to both Processing and Duration Fees.

All applications pending payment are accessible from the Payment bucket on your dashboard. Click Payment.

Please be advised that the Acknowledgement Notices for Processing or Duration Fees are only required for offline (in-person) payments made at Ministry of Homeland Security. Acknowledgement Notices are not required for Drawdown or Online payments made on the Enhanced TTBizlink System.

Processing Fee Acknowledgment Notice

All work permit applications with the "Pending Payment" status will allow access to the Processing Fee Acknowledgement Notice.

Click on the application reference number link to open the work permit application.

Click the Page Option Bar (3- dot grey button) and select "View Processing Fee Acknowledgement" list item.

Once selected, the Acknowledgement Notice will open in a new browser tab, in PDF format. You may proceed to print and present to the cashier at Ministry of Homeland Security upon making your in-person payment of Processing Fee.

Complete Offline Payment of Processing Fee

NOTE: In order to complete and submit the offline payment, payment receipt, along with the chit received from cashier & acknowledgement notice, need to be scanned and uploaded to the application on the TTBizlink system. If not done, the application cannot be viewed by Ministry of Homeland Security for processing.

Please scan the payment receipt , with the chit received by the cashier at Ministry of Homeland Security and the processing fee acknowledgment into one file. Once done, please follow the below steps to upload to the application.

Navigate to the "Payment Details" section upon opening the work permit application and select "Offline" for Payment Mode. Enter the information required by the proceeding fields. Attach the scan of the receipt of payment and acknowledgement notice.

Click "Save & Submit" to submit the offline payment of Processing Fee.

Once submitted, status will change to "Offline Payment to Confirm" for Ministry of Homeland Security to review and confirm payment on the system.

Duration Fee Acknowledgment

All work permit applications with the "Duration Fee Due" status will allow access to the Duration Fee Acknowledgement Notice.

Click on the application reference number link to open the work permit application.

Click the Page Option Bar (3- dot grey button) and select "View Duration Fee Acknowledgement" list item.

Complete Offline Payment of Duration Fee

Click "Payment Details" to view the amount to be paid. Several options are available. These are Online, Offline and Draw down. Click the drop down to select your payment option.

After payment details have been entered click "Save & Submit". In the example below "Offline" payment was selected.

Once submitted, status will change to "Offline Payment to Confirm" for Ministry of Homeland Security to review and confirm payment on the system.

Click on the "Exit" button to navigate back to the dashboard.
