How to Edit A Fee Invoice (Individually)

Sign in to your school portal as an admin or accountant.\ \ *Note that your account needs to have the privilege to Edit Invoices to be able to edit students fees invoices.*

Click "Finance"

Click "Fees / Bursary"

Click "Invoice List"

Select Class, Class Arm, Fees Session, Fees Term, etc. of the invoice list you want to view

Click "View Invoice List"

Find the invoice you want to edit and click the *actions button* at the right-end of its row

Click "Edit Invoice"

In the invoice edit popup modal, proceed to make all the necessary changes to the invoice (as may be needful).\ \ You can add new items, edit existing items, apply discount, enable/disable part payment, and so much more actions.

When done making all necessary changes, click "Update Invoice" to save the changes

Click "Close"
