How to Edit Tag Name

Navigate to <https://strive.asia/contact>, or open CRM from the sidebar.

Click Contacts Options at the top right of the Contact page.

Click Edit Tagging (the tag icon) in the expanded options.

Find the tag you want to rename, then click its blue pencil (Edit Tag).

Enter the new tag name in the field.

Click the blue checkmark to open Confirm Tag Rename. This opens the review dialog; it does not apply the rename yet.

Review the old and new tag names and the contact scope in Confirm Tag Rename. The dialog states:\ • Normal User and Group Member: only your own contacts.\ • Super Admin / View All Contacts: the entire organisation.\ • Group Leader: all contacts within your group members.\ Click Confirm Rename only when the name and scope are correct. Choose Cancel to leave the tag unchanged.
