How to Edit Your Recurring Donation

This guide quickly shows how to access and change a recurring donation—amount, frequency, or next payment date—through the portal. It’s useful if you need to pause, increase/decrease your gift, or reschedule a payment. Follow it to make updates yourself with the required 3+ day notice for rescheduled payments.

Salesforce

Navigate to the portal and log in: <https://gbhem-umc.my.site.com/hemgm/s/>

Click on your profile icon on the top right of the screen

Click "My Donations"

Click "Online Donations"

Click "Recurring"

Select the recurring donation item you wish to update.

Click "Edit"

Edit the amount, frequency, and the reschedule payment date. Click "Save" when complete. **Note:** when updating the rescheduled payment date, choose a date **AT LEAST** 3 days from today's date.
