Navigate to [https://\[CLUBNAME\].clubplanner.app/Home/Index](https://development.clubplanner.app/Home/Index)

Click the "Who are you looking for?" field.

Search your member.

Open the right member.

Select the last subscription line you want to keep. All subscription lines after this line will be deleted after cancellation.
Please note that if there are already paid subscription lines in the future, the sales lines will also be removed for these lines, which means the revenue will no longer be accurate.

Click on the 3 dots.

Click "Edit".

Click "Stop membership".

The subscription will be terminated on the end date of the selected subscription line. Click "OK".
If you see a red hand next to 'Current Plan' and the future subscription lines are gone, then you've succeeded.

Do you want to resume the subscription? Click this link.

Click "Edit"

Click "Resume membership"

Click "Yes"

Select the last line.

Click on the 3 dots.

Click "Prolong subscriptions"

All subscription lines will be back and the red hand will be gone.
