Navigate to your circle in the Member Hub. [memberhub.sciencesocieties.org](http://memberhub.sciencesocieties.org)

Click the "Settings" button.

Click "Email Circle Members".

Select the "All Circle Members" option.

Click the "Subject" field and type a new subject for your email. Leave the Reply-To Address as is.

Type the body of your email message between the two variable fields. Please leave the variable fields as they are. The first automatically pulls the recipients name in the greeting line of the email. The second contains links for the recipient to adjust their email settings.

I highly recommend you click "Preview Email Before Sending".

You can then send yourself a test email by toggling this field to "Yes".

Enter your email in the "Email Address" field where you would like to receive the test email.

Click "Send Test Email".

Click "Close".

Once you receive your test email and confirm there are no formatting or grammatical errors, click "Send Email".
