How to End a Space in Planon

Navigate to [facilities.dartmouth.edu](https://facilities-pre.dartmouth.edu/home/BP/WebClient#home)

Click "Space planning"

Click "Spaces & workspaces"

Find and select the property for which you would like to end a space in. You can search for a property in the "Value" field, or find and select it from the list of properties below. Here we will select "Baker Library"

Click "Filters"

Select the floor on which the space you would like to end is located

Click "Spaces"

Select the space that is being ended

After selecting the space, on the right hand side in the action menu click "End Space"

Enter the End Date in the field below

Click OK. The space will end as of the date specified
