Click "All Clubs" to show all membership and program offerings

Click "Save Club"

Select your child's membership location

Select the membership type

Select your child from the contact list

Click "Next"

Click your child's name

Complete the membership application (Read all instructions included!)

Review and sign the SMBGC Policy by selecting "Sign"

Review the "Terms and Conditions" by reading and scrolling through all of the text

Sign the SMBGC Policy in the signature box provided

Click "Confirm" to save your signature

Click "Complete" to close the notification

Review and sign the Technology Code of Conduct by selecting "Sign"

Review the "Technology Code of Conduct..." by reading and scrolling through all of the text

Sign the Technology Code of Conduct in the signature box provided

Click "Confirm" to save your signature

Click "Complete" to close the notification

Click "Finish!" to review your cart one final time
