How to Enter a Listing to Loft

Learn how to efficiently create new listings, manage property details, and process transaction deals within the Loft47 platform. This guide covers essential steps for uploading documents, organizing client information, and finalizing commission details for your real estate operations.

When you enter loft you'll first see the "Dashboard" screen, this show the changes you've made to your deals and listings.

To create a new listing, click "Listings" on the side bar.

This page will show you all your listings.

Then click "New"

To create a listing either enter the MLS if you have already entered it into Paragon or click "This is unlisted" if it's not active on Paragon yet. If the listing is Exclusive or non-MLS hit the applicable button.

Next, enter the listing price.

Next, you'll enter the property type by clicking "Select" and choosing between "Residential" or "Commercial".

After that click "Enter the address and/or legal description for this property"

To easily search for this listings property address click "Search for any place or address...".

Enter the address in the search bar and it should pop up below. If it doesn't or if it's a rural address you may have to enter the address in manually below.

Next enter any Lot, Block, Plan, or unit numbers that are applicable to this property.

Once you've entered everything click "Save" to save the changes you've made.

Next click "Details"

You can use these 3 drop down boxes to see different details about the property.

In the first box labelled "Details" you can view the listing number along with all the details you entered in at the beginning. Additionally you can enter the MLS number once it goes active on MLS and can change the Status.

In the next drop down box labelled "Property Address" you can see all the address details you entered earlier.

Next click "Dates" to enter the listing expiry date and the Active date.

Once you've entered both dates click "Save"

Next click "People" on the side bar

This is where you can add any seller details. To add a new seller click "New".

If you've worked with them before you can find them in "Existing Profile", if not you'll have to click "Create a New Profile"

First click "Role" to choose between either "Agent" or "Client"

If you needed to create a new profile then it would promote you to input the sellers names. You can also add any contact information you'd like as well.

Once all the information that you'd like to input is added, click "Save"

Now you can see both the agents name and the clients name.

Next use the side bar to click "Documents"

This is where you can upload all your listing documents. Either click "Upload File" or drag them into the upload file button.

Double-click the file

Now you can see it's in the listing.

To enter all your paperwork click "Requirements"

In the first box you can see which files you've uploaded and the status.

To assign a file to the checklist click "Select Requirements"

If it's a listing contract click "Listing Contract"

Now you can see in the requirements section it's been uploaded.

Once everything for the listing has been uploaded click "Request Approval" and the listing portion is finished.
