How to Export Tasks from the Automate Tasks App

This article explains how to export one-time and recurring tasks (KRAs) from the Automate Tasks app using filters like date range, assignee, and task type. You'll also learn how to download your data in CSV format for reporting or analysis purposes.

Navigate to [https://tasks.automatebusiness.com/apps](https://tasks.automatebusiness.com/apps)

Go to the **Settings** section from the left-hand menu.

Click on **Export Task**

Select the **time filter** based on the **due date** of tasks

To download **all tasks**, leave **Assigned To** and **Assigned By** blank; to export **specific tasks**, apply filters accordingly.

Choose the **task type** from the dropdown — select **Task** for one-time tasks and **KRA** for recurring tasks.

Click on the **Export Task** button

A **CSV file** containing the tasks will be downloaded automatically
