How to Filter Service Request Status?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "Service Request"

Click the **Funnel** Icon beside the "**Status" column header**

Tick the box on any of the required status to **filter**

Click on "**FILTER**"

The result will appear of the Filter. To **Clear the Filter either click on "Clear Filter" beside "Reset Grid". Or click on the "Funnel" icon beside the "Status" column header and unselect or select something els**e
