How to Filter Tenant Permit List by Permit Status

Navigate to your Offstreet Dashboard <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/>

Click the "Permits" dropdown

Select "Tenant Permits"

Select or search desired Tenant

Click the Tenant to open the Tenant's Permit List

The Tenant's Permit List will display all **Active** permits

To view Upcoming, Expired, or Void permits. Click the "Status" filter

Select desired filter, such as **Upcoming**

Click "Apply"

The list will display all permits for this Status type (ie., Upcoming)

Repeat above Status filter steps to view **Expired** permits

Repeat above Status filter steps to view **Void** permits

To view a list of permits with various Status types, you can simply select all the desired Status filters, such as **Active** and **Upcoming**

The list will display all permits for these Status types (ie., Active and Upcoming)
Exports are based on the filters applied

For example, if you want to export just **Active** + **Upcoming** permits, make sure those two are selected before clicking "Export"

Or if you’d like to export all permits, you’ll want to select all Status types (Active, Upcoming, Expired, and Void)

Once the desired Status filters are applied, you can click "Export" to download your curated permit list
