This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and download your digital diploma. Awarded students will receive their diplomas 2 months after they are awarded! **⚠ Watch your NWACC Student Email and your Personal Email for updates about your Digital Diploma and when we postal mail your paper copy!**

Parchment Dashboard

**If your Parchment Dashboard looks like this, there's an easy fix!**

Click "**Add Another School or Organization You Attended**"

In the **Search** field enter **NWACC** and click **the green Search button**

Confirm that NorthWest Arkansas Community College appears and then click **Add**

Enter your **Enrollment Information** from your time at NWACC.

Click "**CONTINUE**"

You'll now see **NorthWest Arkansas Community College** on your Dashboard! This Dashboard includes several options: 1. **Order Your Transcript** - to order your Official NWACC transcript. 2. **Order Your Replacement Diploma** - to order a replacement diploma either digitally or printed on paper. 3. **Your Diploma - Share** - To download a PDF of your Diploma, to add to your Facebook or LinkedIn, or to view your diploma.

Access your Digital Diploma

Once logged into your Parchment account, under NorthWest Arkansas Community College, click **Share** on the Your Diploma item.

Click "**Download**"

Click on the **Download PDF** button

Click "**Display Online**" to share your NWACC Diploma on your LinkedIn Click **"Share Online"** to share your NWACC Diploma on your Facebook!

Order Replacement Diploma

You can order a **Replacement Diploma** by following these steps. If you were awarded multiple degrees and/or certificates with NWACC, you only need to submit **one** replacement request!

**Navigate to [https://www.parchment.com/u/order?senderId=32686](https://www.parchment.com/u/order?senderId=32686)**

You'll see two order options: 1. **Official Transcript** 2. **Replacement Diploma (Digital and Print)**

Click "**Order**" next to Replacement Diploma

Your Replacement Diploma will be **Postal Mailed** AND sent to you **Digitally** through email.

After entering your Address, click "**Continue**" You can add Rush Delivery via FedEx, if you'd like.

**Name on Diploma** - Enter the name as **you'd like it to** appear on your Diploma.

**Degree Type -** Please list if you earned an Associates or Certificate.

**Don't know what to put for Degree Type and Major/Area of Study?** Contact Enrollment Services at 479-309-5532 (call or text), [EnrollmentSupport@nwacc.edu](mailto:EnrollmentSupport@nwacc.edu) (email), or visit us in Bentonville and Springdale.

**Major/Area of Study** - Please list the Program of Study you earned (e.g., Liberal Arts & Sciences).

**Enter your NWACC Student ID #** Don't know your NWACC ID #? Click "I do not know or remember my Student ID"

Review your **Order Summary**

Click "**CONTINUE**"

Enter your **Payment Information**

**Once your order is processed you will receive a text and email update from Parchment! It will include the link to your diploma!**
