Welcome back, to NoteSync Plus! Today I will walk you through how to manage your Medical Codes. Let's get started!

Once your visit is complete, review your AI Transcribed note for edits.

When satisfied, click "CODES" to generate, manage, and edit your medical codes.

From your medical codes page Click "Generate Ai Suggested Codes". NoteSyncPlus will review your notes and generate procedure codes and diagnostic codes.

If you don't see a medical code you typically use? No Problem. Use the search tool to add the procedure code to your notes.
If a Procedure Code is missing, there was likely an opportunity to add more details to your visit notes. In future notes you can dictate details that may not have been discussed during the visit that will provide additional context and therefore additional code suggestions.

As you begin to type a keyword, phrase, acronym or procedure code, a list of relevant procedure codes will populate.

When you find the Procedure code that works best, simply Click "Add"

Did you make a mistake? Simply select the " Trash Can" icon to any field to remove a procedure code.

When you are satisfied with your Medical Codes, don't forget to CLICK " Save Medical Codes".

And now you can navigate to your completed note by clicking "Back to SOAP"

Next, Click "Save"

Finally you can copy your completed SOAP Note along with your Medical Codes simply click "Copy/Paste"
