How to Generate a Purchase Credit Note

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Purchases module.

Click "Purchase Invoices"

Find your purchase invoice and open the overflow menu.

Click "GENERATE PURCHASE CREDIT NOTE"

Thrive will automatically fill-in the details from the original purchase invoice, such as the Supplier account and line items.

Ensure you have the correct date and accounting period entered.

Click "SAVE" to create the Purchase Credit Note.

You can view the original Purchase Invoice at any time by clicking the link to the "source" for a generated Purchase Credit Note.
