Navigate to your ExplorEC Portal Dashboard

Click "Continue" on the Reports Tile

Click "Students"

Click "Term"

Select the term for which you want data.

Click the Campuses.

Click "Registration Status"

Click "Registered", "Withdrawn", "Drop/Withdraw-\ Bill" and then "Generate Report"

Click "OK". You will get an email once the report has run. Important: Once you receive the email notification that your report is ready, please download it as soon as possible. Reports are only retained in the system for a limited time (typically a couple of hours) after they are generated and many no longer be available download later. If needed, you may rerun the report at any time to generate a new copy.

With small datasets the report can be downloaded immediately. Click "Recent Runs"
