How to Generate the Open House Report

Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu.

Click "Listing" in the submenu.

Click "Open House" in the submenu.

The Open House Report page contains several search filters that dictate the data displayed in the report. You can generate reports based on an Agent's office and specify the time frame the open houses occurred.

In this example, we'll generate a report for the San Antonio office for the month of June. Locate the "Office" field and click "San Antonio Office - 1202 N. Flores St" in the dropdown menu.

Set the date fields so that the date range is from 06/01/2022 to 06/30/2022.

Click the "Search" button to generate the report.

The table will then list all of the open houses that occurred in June. Based on the search results only one open house occurred.

The table entry displays information pertaining to the listing involved and includes data about the open house such as the date, time, and marketing tactics involved. Click the link in the Listing Address column to review additional information regarding the listing.

You will then be forwarded to the Listing Detail page.
