How to Get a Hyperlink to a Document to use in an Asana Form

Navigate to the document you need in One Drive.

Click the three dots next to the document which show up when you hover over the document.

Click "Share"

Click the pencil to change the settings of the document from anyone in your organization can edit to anyone in your organization can view.

Click "Can view"

Click "Copy link"

Navigate to [https://app.asana.com/](https://app.asana.com/) in a new window.

Once you are in the Asana project where the form is located, click "customize".

Click "Form"

Click on the form you have already created to add to an existing form or add to a blank form.

Select the question where you would like to place the hyperlink.

Click here.

Click "Link Needed for Question"

Click "Link"

Press [[ctrl]] + [[v to paste the link.]]

Paste the URL you copied while in One Drive.

Click "Done" at the bottom of the form.
