How to: Get started with your EA account on JustGo

This guide will show you how to: 1. Log in to your EA account on the new JustGo platform 2. Complete all mandatory fields in your profile 3. Set and update your communication preferences 4. Review and update your personal details 5. Add and manage emergency contacts 6. View and check your credentials 7. **Log in to your account**\ Navigate to <https://equestrianaustralia.justgo.com/> Enter the **email address linked to your EA Membership**, then type in your **password** and select **Log in**. ***First time logging in?*** *Click the **Forgot Password** link to reset your password so you can access your account with your new password.*

**Set your communication preferences**\ You will be asked to select your **communication preferences**. Choose the communications you would like to receive, then click **Accept & Continue**. ***Tip:*** You can update these settings at any time in your account.

**Complete your profile**\ You will need to review and confirm your profile details before continuing. Some information will already be carried over from your previous account, but please ensure everything is up to date. ***Important:*** *Update any details that are no longer valid so your account remains accurate.*

**Club affiliation (Optional)**\ Select whether you are linked to an **affiliated club**. Please note this is not a membership, but an option to affiliate with your local club. - If **Yes**, you will be prompted to enter your club details. - If you are **unsure**, you can skip this step and update it later. *Note: An **affiliated club** is a club that is officially registered and recognised with Equestrian Australia.*

**Confirm your State or Territory**\ Select and confirm your **State or Territory** from the list provided.

**Return to the main menu**\ After selecting your State or Territory, click **Done**. This will take you back to the main menu.

**Save and continue**\ Click **Save & Continue**. You will now be taken to your profile.

**Welcome to your account**\ As a new user, please review your account to ensure all of your information has migrated correctly. Select **Profile** to get started. ***Tip:*** You can upload a profile photo by clicking the **camera icon** to personalise your account.

**Update your basic details**\ Under **Basic Details**, select **Update Details** if any of your information is incorrect.

**Emergency contact**\ Enter at least **one emergency contact**. To do this, click the **Emergency Contact** button and select **Add**. *Tip: Make sure to include accurate contact details in case of an emergency.*

**Enter emergency contact details**\ Fill out all required fields for your emergency contact.\ \ Select **'Done'** to save the Emergency Contact details

**Update communication preferences**\ To update your communication preferences, select the **Opt Ins** tab. Since you have already set these during login, this step simply shows you where to return if you wish to change your preferences in the future.

**View your credentials**\ This section will display the credentials that have been carried over from your previous account (e.g. *Level 1 Coaching Accreditation*). If any credentials are missing, please contact [**help@equestrian.org.au**](mailto:help@equestrian.org.au) for assistance.

**Update your member details**\ Once this is complete, navigate to **Member Details**. Select the **About Me** tab to fill in additional information related to your membership.

**About Me**\ The **About Me** tab includes important information such as: - Selecting your **primary discipline** (used for voting purposes) - Answering key **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)** questions - Updating your **postal address** (if it differs from your residential address)

**Save your updates**\ After completing your details in the **About Me** tab, click **Save** to confirm your changes.

**Coach Finder information**\ This section is for **coaches only** who wish to appear on the **Equestrian Australia Coach Finder**. You can choose **Yes** or **No** to be listed, and select the additional details you would like included on your public profile.

**Officials Finder information**\ This section is for **Officials only** who wish to appear on the **Equestrian Australia Officials Finder**. You can choose **Yes** or **No** to be listed, and select the additional details you would like included on your public profile.

**FEI Registration**\ If you are a registered **FEI athlete**, your details will appear under the **FEI** tab.

**Return to your profile**\ Select **Membership** to return to your profile. This will take you to your **State Membership**, where you can view your current membership details.

**View your yearly membership**\ Under **State Membership**, select the State you are affiliated with. This will open your **yearly membership** details.

**Manage your membership**\ Your current membership will be displayed here. If you wish to **add, renew, or upgrade** your membership, select **Add** to include an additional membership. **Review your registered horse information**\ Check that all horse details are correct. Select **Menu** in the top-left corner.

**Access the Horse Hub**\ Under **Member Area**, select **Horse Hub**.

**Check your registered horses**\ Review your list of registered horses to ensure they have migrated correctly and that all information is accurate. *Note:* Horse data fields will remain open for an interim period to allow any missing details to be added. *Missing horses?* Please email [**help@equestrian.org.au**](mailto:help@equestrian.org.au) for assistance.
