How to Import Exhibitor Badges

This guide will walk you through the process of importing exhibitor badges. Learn how to navigate the system and upload your exhibitor information efficiently.

Before you start this process, add all your staff details to this import template: <https://www.nineteengroup.com/exhibitor-badges-import-template>

Once you have logged into the e-zone you will be presented with the screen on step 2. If you have lost your login details please contact [sthorn@nineteengroup.com](mailto:sthorn@nineteengroup.com)

Click "Exhibitor Badges"

Click "ACCESS HERE"

Click "Exhibitor Passes"

Click on the 3 dots

Click "Import"

Click "Choose a spreadsheet" and upload your import sheet

Click "Next"

Ensure you map the fields

Click "Next"

Select the "Exhibitor - The Fire Safety Event (FEX)" option.

Click "Next"

Click the drop down and enter your country

Click "Next"

Click "Import"

Click "Close." Your sheet has now imported and the contacts in the sheet have been registered as an exhibitor. They will get a confirmation email automatically.
