How to Import Questions to Moodle in .dat format (or Blackboard option)

Navigate to a newly created quiz or the Question Bank Directly

In the "Question bank"

Select the "Import" option.

Click the "Blackboard" field.

Choose a file (open the ZIP File to extract individual files)

Locate the file as needed

Update the "Save as" field if desired

Choose license as needed

Click "Upload this file"

Click "Import"

Question preview will be shown

Click "Continue" to finish the import

You can see the category created

Select the "Categories" option to view ALL categories

And the newly created category and questions from import.
