Finding the Plugin

Log in to **[[ProjectMark]]** and open **[[Settings]]**.

In Settings, open the **[[Integration]]** section.

Select **[[Email]]**.

Open the **[[Email Sync]]** page.

If your email is already integrated, click **[[Download ProjectMark Outlook Add-in]]**.

You’ll be taken to the **[[ProjectMark plugin page]]** (Microsoft listing).
Installing the Plugin

On the Microsoft plugin page, click **[[Get it now]]**. *(You may be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account.)*

In the install confirmation window, click **[[Continue]]**.

After installation, you’ll see a confirmation that the add-in is installed.

If you use Outlook in your browser, click **[[Open in Outlook Web]]**.

Click **[[Apps]]** (top-right area of the message/actions).

Select **[[ProjectMark]]** from the apps list.

Or click [[ProjectMark Icon]] at the top right of the email message.

When the ProjectMark panel opens, **[[log in with your ProjectMark account credentials]]** to start using the plugin.
Opening the Plugin in the Outlook Desktop App

Open the [[Outlook Desktop App]] and open any email.

Click **[[ProjectMark CRM]]** at the top of the message.

When the ProjectMark window/panel opens, **log in with your ProjectMark account credentials.**

Open **[[any email message]]** in Outlook Web.

Click **[[Apps]]** at the top-right of the email message.

Click **[[Store Search]]**

Search for **[[ProjectMark]]**.

Click **[[ProjectMark]]** in the search results.

If the plugin is already added, click **[[Try it]]**.

Click **[[Mail]]** to return to your inbox, then repeat steps **[[12–15]]** to open ProjectMark from an email.
