How to Integrate Triton Sensors with Eagle Eye Networks through Triton Cloud

This guide provides a straightforward process for integrating Triton Sensors with Eagle Eye Networks through Triton Cloud for increased situational awareness. The valid alert types for this integration are Vape, People Count, Gun Shot Detection(GSD), Motion, Loitering. To enable Motion, it needs to be turned on the Triton device's local interface (log in via IP) under actions --> action settings --> click check mark for MQTT under motion.

Authenticate with Eagle Eye

Navigate to the Eagle Eye integration pane on Triton Cloud (app.tritonsensors.com)

Click "Login to Eagle Eye"

Enter your Eagle Eye VMS Email and click Next.

Click "Sign in"

Make sure it shows "You are logged in!"

Get your Eagle Eye Account Number

Switch to the Eagle Eye Networks tab

Click "Help Center"

Get the Account Number in the top right

Copy the Account Number

Switch back to Triton Cloud

Paste your Eagle Eye Account Number in the Account ID field

Get the Camera ESN(camera id)

Click "Switch to Enhanced Interface" on the Eagle Eye tab

Click here on the camera you want to integrate with

Click "Settings"

Copy the ESN of the camera you want to integrate with.

Switch back to Triton Cloud

Paste the ESN in the Camera ID section that corresponds to the Triton Device ID you want to associate the camera with.

Repeat this process for remaining cameras and click "Save"

Activate Alert Types

Make sure to select and save events you want the integration to trigger.

The integration with Eagle Eye currently only accepts Vape, People Count, Gun Shot Detection(GSD), Motion, and Loitering as valid alert types.

Click "Save"

Run test

Click "Run Test"

Click this button.

Choose a Device.

Choose one of the valid trigger types.

Click "Vape"

Click "Run Test"

Cross check in Eagle Eye VMS

Click this icon.

Click "History browser"

Make sure you see the alert coming through in Eagle Eye VMS.
