How to Integrate Wisenet Wave with Triton Cloud

This guide provides a detailed step-by-step process for integrating a Triton Cloud Site into the Hanwha Wave Video Management System (VMS). The integration allows Triton ULTRA devices to send events to Wave and view camera footage from Wave, enabling real-time monitoring and management of Triton sensors within the Wave environment. Please note, Wave Sync is required for this integration.

Tip: We recommend that you create a new user in your Wave System for this integration.

Configuring for Event Triggers

Open your Wave System and navigate to "System Administration".

Select "Wave Sync" and select "Open Wave Sync Portal"

You will be redirected to <https://sync.wavevms.com/systems> . Select the Server that your Wave System is connected to.

Copy the `id` after `/systems/` from the URL.

Navigate to<https://app.tritonsensors.com/client/integration?current=wisenet_wave>, and select the Cloud System ID input field.

Copy the `id` after `/systems/` from the URL.

Paste the `Cloud System Id` you copied earlier.

Enter your username that you used for <https://sync.wavevms.com/systems>

Enter the password that you used for <https://sync.wavevms.com/systems>

Click `Authenticate` / `Update Credentials`.

Make sure that you get "Integration Authenticated Successfully" on the bottom right of the page.

Navigate to your server on <https://sync.wavevms.com/systems> , select Cameras

Click the camera that you want to get the `camera id` of.

Copy the annotated part(camera id).

Click this field.

Paste the `camera id` of the camera that you want to associate to your Triton Device.

Click "Save"

Click "Run Test"

Select the device that has a camera id associated with it.

Select any trigger.

Click "Run Test"

Make sure the tests run successfully, otherwise troubleshoot based on the error message.

Configuring for Evidence Room

Choose the Triton Camera Stream on your Wave System

Copy the camera id from the URL(the annotated part)

Switch to tab Triton Cloud

Camera ID column is for the actual video stream whereas the Occupancy Camera ID is the RTSP Stream of the Triton Sensor in the Wave System.

Paste the camera id to the Occupancy Camera Id field corresponding with the Triton Sensor ID

Click "Save"

Click "Evidence Room"

Click the VMS Dropdown.

Click "Wisenet Wave"

Filter the event you are interested in.

Choose the device you want

Filter the date range

Choose an alert.

Click here.

Click this button.

By default, we fetch the footage from 2.5 min before the alert and 2.5 min after the alert.

The "Detection" on the slider is the time frame where the alert occurred.

Click here.

You can add a note on each alert.

Click this field.

Click "Save Note"

You can view the metrics at the time of the alert.

Try different alerts for testing purposes.

It will show "No recordings available for the requested time range" if there is no recording in the Wave server saved at the time of the alert.

If one of the videos has the recording save, it will still play. Both the players are independent of each other.
