How to Integrate Zoom to the Perfect Patient Management System

Welcome to the Zoom integration guide for the Perfect Patient Management System! This feature empowers healthcare providers with telemedicine capabilities, enabling real-time, seamless video consultations directly from the Perfect Patient Management System interface. With just a few clicks, you can connect with patients, schedule future appointments, and keep track of meeting details—all without leaving the Perfect Patient Management System environment.

Linking your Zoom Account with the Perfect Patient Management System

Navigate to the page of the patient with whom you want to have a video consultation

Click on the **Video Call** button

Then Click on **Connect to Zoom** to initiate the integration.

Then Click on **Connect Zoom**. This will redirect you to Zoom Website to Login, and Authourize

Close the Authorization Success Page

Back in the Perfect Patient Management System, confirm by clicking **I have Authorized the Application**. This step finalizes the connection

Creating an Instant Zoom Meeting

Click on the **Create Zoom Meeting** button on the Patient Page. This generates a meeting link instantly.

Click on the **Email** button to send the meeting link to the patient, ensuring they have access to join.

You can then send the email

Select **Join Meeting** to start the video call directly within the Perfect Patient Management System.

Conduct the consultation with the patient via Zoom. You can take notes and view patient documents on the Perfect Patient Management System interface while the meeting is in progress.

To end the Zoom Call, Click on the Cancel button.

Then Click on the End Video Call to remove the Zoom Interface from the Patient Page.

To Join an Existing Zoom Meeting

If you need to join a Zoom meeting that has already been scheduled or initiated by another provider, the Perfect Patient Management System makes it easy to connect. With a few quick steps, you can locate and join an existing meeting directly from the patient’s page for a seamless experience.

Click on the Video Call Button Again

Look for the meeting by searching for the relevant details

Then select the appropriate one

Then Join the meeting

You can then have a zoom video conversation with the patient and end the meeting once you are done

Remember to click on End Video Call to remove the Zoom Interface from the Patient page.

Schedule a Zoom Call / Appointment

The Perfect Patient Management System allows you to schedule Zoom calls and appointments in advance, making it convenient for both providers and patients. You can set up future telemedicine sessions and send meeting details to patients, ensuring they’re ready and informed.

Go to the Appointment Tab to Schedule a Zoom Appointment

Click on Add Appointment

Make Sure to select Zoom Meeting as the Appointment type

Then Click on Create Zoom Meeting

This should populate the Zoom Meeting ID and Zoom Meeting Password Field. You can also email or SMS the meeting details to the Patient. You should then save the Appointment

Now when you hover on the appointment on the appointment tab of the patient page, It should show a button to Start the meeting. Click on the button.

Then Join the meeting

During the call, you can take notes while on the meeting

And also add or view Patient Documents

Once you are done, end the meeting

And Close the Zoom Interface by clicking on the End Video Call button.

Disconnect and Remove Zoom from Perfect Patient Management System

Click "Video Call" button

Click on the Disconnect Zoom button

Click "DISCONNECT" to delete all Zoom Authentication Data from Perfect Patient Management System

Follow the Instructions to remove The Perfect Patient Management System from your Zoom Account and Click "CONFIRM"
